Oh My Ride — Rajar Labs LLC

You can permanently delete your Oh My Ride account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app, no need to contact anyone.

How to delete your account

Open the Oh My Ride app and go to your Profile (tap your avatar in the top left of the Home screen).
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Your Account."
Confirm when asked. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

What gets deleted

The moment you confirm, we permanently delete:

Your account details (name, email address, and login)
Your saved county preference
Your device's notification token
Any feedback or event suggestions you submitted, along with your associated contact email

What may be retained

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. Anonymous, aggregate usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be kept for basic service improvement purposes.
